The first edition is being put together.
Every CageRest episode becomes a written case file here: the story, the sources and where the numbers came from. The first ones are being fact-checked right now.
How we read a claim
Step 01
Who ran it?
Surveys, reports and rankings come from someone with a reason to publish them. We name them.
Step 02
Where the number came from
Sample size, who answered, which countries, how long it ran. The fine print, read so you don't have to.
Step 03
Claim under observation
If it holds up, we say so. If it doesn't, it stays on the cage card until it does.
